Types of Participation: there are two types of participation available in the 5th Conference on Creative Writing, Palermo 2022

and you can register for the conference by selecting your preferred presentation type.

 

  1. As a Presenter (100 €)

If you wish to be an Oral Presenter or Poster Presenter at the Conference, registration fees include:

 

  1. Attendance in conference sessions and workshops inside the conference venue,
  2. Conference materials and schedule handout,
  3. Welcome reception, coffee breaks and light lunch,
  4. An opportunity to participate with one abstract presented in the program – presentation slot (15min -20min),
  5. An opportunity to publish in the Special Proceedings Issue of the 5th Conference on Creative Writing, Palermo 2022,
  6. Copy of Conference Proceedings,
  7. Certificate for making a presentation

 

  1. As a listener/attendee (20 €):

If you wish to be a Listener/Attendee (non-presenter) at the Conference, registration fees include:

  1. Attendance in conference sessions and workshops inside the conference venue,
  2. Conference materials and conference schedule handout,
  3. Welcome reception, coffee breaks (and light lunch),
  4. Copy of Conference Proceedings,
  5. Certificate of attendance

 

Please note that the deadline for early registration for the Conference is July 11, 2022. The registration fee must be paid by this date into the following account:

  • Regarding the space for the "reason for the deposit", please fill in: the name of the depositorand the Project Code 80760
  • Beneficiary: Special Account for Research Funds of the University of Western Macedonia (Legal People Governed by Public Law, Public Financial Service, Kozani, 50100)

Please send an accompanying e-mail to the deposit with the names and the type of participation it concerns, so that the position in the corresponding name is secured.
 
Delegates wishing to attend the Gala-Dinner (at Villa Pottino) are requested to pay the amount of 60 euros (the actual cost is 100 euros, but it has been decided to provide a subsidy on behalf of the conference in order to enable all of you to participate). Please, deposit the aforementioned amount to the Conference's account with the reason "Dinner Participation" by August 20, 2022, because available seats are limited.

   

Please note:

  • Authors of poster presentation pay the same registration fee as for the oral presentation.

  • In case of multiple authors for 1 presentation, each and every author is required to register and pay the cost of attending the conference. If none of the authors is able to present during the conference, the abstract will be withdrawn and will not be published in the Conference Proceedings.

  • Payments for the 5th International Conference on Creative Writing, Palermo 2022 can be done via the bank or via the online payment system. The online payment system is the fastest and easiest method to pay your registration fee and we recommend you follow this method. Please state your name and the reason of the payment (e.g., registration as a presenter or non-presenter).
